Spicy Greek Yogurt Aioli

Author Note: This aioli is a great companion to roasted vegetables (my favorite, brussels sprouts). It also works great as a sandwich spread or even a dip for raw vegetables (carrots, snap peas, tomatoes, etc).

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoon sour cream

1 tablespoon heavy cream

1 tablespon extra-virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves minced

zest of 1 lemon

juice of ½ lemon

¼ teaspoon cayenne powder

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour and then serve.
