Cilantro Mint Cooler
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of cilantro, somewhat packed
- 1 1/2 cups of mint, somewhat packed
- 3 cups of ice cold water
- 1/2 cup of lemon ginger simple syrup, chilled (see below for recipe link)
- ice
- 1 ounces of rum, optional
- squeeze of lemon
Instructions
- Place the cilantro, mint and water into a blender (or a food processor) and blend until the herbs are thoroughly pureed.
- Strain the water from the herbs into a pitcher.
- Add the syrup and stir well to combine.
- Place ice into individual glasses, top with rum (if using), cilantro mint cooler and a squeeze of lemon. Stir and serve.
