Gin and Maple Aperol Spritz
2 ounces gin
1 1/2 ounces Aperol
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Prosecco, to top (about 2 ounces per glass)
- Combine the gin, Aperol, maple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake until the mixture is thoroughly mixed and chilled.
- Pour the drink into two separate glasses. Top each drink with 1 1/2 to 2 ounces of prosecco. Serve chilled with a lemon slice.
