Spicy Harissa Yogurt
Author note: This is a delicious brightener for a handful of meals. Find this recipe used in Quinoa and Roasted Chicken Salad with Spicy Harissa Yogurt (click here for recipe). I prefer to use the jarred Mina Harissa sauce for this recipe. It can be found at most local markets.
½ cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons spicy harissa sauce
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon cumin
- Add all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well to combine. Refrigerate 30 minutes prior to serving.
