A Pleasant Little Announcement | The Dallas Morning News and Mamushka

At the beginning of the year, a beautiful blue and gold cookbook caught my eye. I picked up a copy, dived in and was hooked.book iMamushka: Recipes from Ukraine and Eastern Europe is a tribute to eastern European home cooking and preservation.

mushroom and potato iiiThe best part of this project was talking with the lovely author and chef, Olia Hercules. We spent time discussing children, food, preservation and cooking with family.
