Mint and Cucumber Infused Gin
Author note: Serve this infused gin over ice with chilled sparkling water, sugar and fresh lime juice. My goal is to add a splash of Grand Marnier one day. Maybe you should try it?
bundle of fresh mint leaves (about 20 leaves)
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup gin
- Place the mint and cucumber into a glass container. Add the gin, cover and let sit for 24 hours.
- Strain infused gin into a clean glass container with an airtight lid.
