Apple Rosemary Soda

2 teaspoons rosemary simple syrup (see recipe below or click here), chilled
1/3 cup fresh apple juice, chilled
2/3 cup club soda, chilled
- In a glass add the rosemary syrup and apple juice and top with club soda. Stir and serve with or without ice.

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 sprigs rosemary
- In a small sauce pan add the sugar, water and rosemary sprigs. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to help dissolve the sugar.
- Let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the rosemary sprigs and strain the water through a sieve into a container. Store in the fridge.
