Apple Rosemary Soda

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons rosemary simple syrup, see recipe below, chilled
- 1/3 cup fresh apple juice, chilled
- 2/3 cup club soda, chilled

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
- In a glass add the rosemary syrup and apple juice and top with club soda. Stir and serve with or without ice.

- In a small sauce pan add the sugar, water and rosemary sprigs. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to help dissolve the sugar.
- Let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the rosemary sprigs and strain the water through a sieve into a container. Store in the fridge.
Notes
