Smoked Salmon Avocado Salad

1/2 cup radish, sliced
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, diced
juice of half a lemon
3/4 cup smoked salmon, cut into bite sized pieces
2 teaspoons sesame oil
cilantro, chopped
kosher salt
- Add the radish, cucumber and avocado into a medium sized bowl. Toss with the lemon juice.
- Add the smoked salmon, sesame oil and cilantro. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and salt accordingly. Serve immediately.
