Persimmon Brandy Fizz

3-4 ice cubes

2 tablespoons persimmon jam (click here for recipe)

1 ounce cognac

1 teaspoon Grand Marnier

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

3 ounces prosecco, chilled

1 teaspoon maple syrup

diced persimmon, for accent

  1. Place the ice cubes, jam, cognac, grand marnier and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a glass.
  2. Add the prosecco and maple syrup to the cocktail. Stir well. Serve chilled with a fresh tarragon sprig.
