Strawberry Dessert Shooters
Author note: These dessert shooters can be made up to 2 hours before service. Feel free to use store-bought strawberry milk and whipped cream. If you prefer to use homemade whipped cream, click here and for homemade strawberry milk, click here.
3 cups angel food cake, crust removed and diced into 1 inch cubes
1 1/2 cups strawberry milk, chilled
white chocolate pudding, chilled
- Thirty minutes before assembly place the angel food cake into a medium sized bowl. Cover with the strawberry milk.
- In shot glasses, or preferred serving vessel add a bottom layer of soaked angel food cake.
- Top the angel food cake with a few spoonfuls of white chocolate pudding. Cover the pudding with crumbled strawberry wafers.
- Finish the dessert shooter with whipped cream and a strawberry wafer. Serve immediately.
