The garlic is optional. This recipe is easily doubled.
- 1 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- juice of 1/2 a lemon, or more to taste
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- Place the yogurt, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, juice of 1/2 a lemon (or more to taste) and kosher salt into a mixing bowl. Stir well to thoroughly combine. Place into the fridge to chill until service.
