Buttered Radish Toast


  • french baguette, sliced
  • salted butter
  • radishes, thinly sliced
  • radish greens, chopped
  • fleur de sel


  • Toast the bread slices.
  • Spread a generous amount of butter onto the toast.
  • Top the toast with radishes. Top with radish greens and a pinch or two of fleur de sel.
