Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • corn blogfresh corn, 1 ear of corn per serving

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the corn, still in their husks, on the grate.
  • Roast for 30 minutes, or until corn is softened.
  • Peel the husks and top with cilantro-lime butter or other favorite toppings.
