Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
corn blogfresh corn

1 ear of corn per serving
Instructions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the corn, still in their husks, on the grate.
Roast for 30 minutes, or until corn is softened.
Peel the husks and top with cilantro-lime butter or other favorite toppings.
