Greek Yogurt, Honey and Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • local honey
  • mandarin oranges

Instructions

  • Place the yogurt and chia seeds into a small bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Top with drizzles of honey and serve with mandarin oranges (or your favorite fruit—strawberries, pomegranates, grapes, melons, etc)

Notes

This recipe is easily doubled and tripled.
