Place the corn flakes and dried strawberries into a large bowl. Set aside.
Melt the candy coating.
Once melted, pour the candy coating over the corn flake mixture. Moving quickly and stirring well to coat.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the cookie mixture place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten each cookie with a spatula.
Place the cookies into the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove and store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
