1ouncecognac
1teaspoonGrand Marnier
2teaspoonsfresh lime juice
3ouncesprosecco, chilled
1teaspoonmaple syrup
diced persimmon, for accent
Instructions
Place the ice cubes, jam, cognac, grand marnier and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a glass.
Add the prosecco and maple syrup to the cocktail. Stir well. Serve chilled with a fresh tarragon sprig.
