Tamarind Orange Garlic
Ingredients

tamarind paste

warm water

orange juice

teaspoon
ground ginger
pinch
of kosher salt

scallions

finely chopped

brown sugar

garlic cloves

chopped
juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Pour ingredients into a saucepan and boil for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced by half and coats the back of a spoon. Stir frequently.
Pour the glaze over a spiral ham, or serve on the side.
Notes
This recipe is easily doubled.
