Mint and Cucumber Infused Gin

Ingredients

  • bundle of fresh mint leaves, about 20 leaves
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup gin

Instructions

  • Place the mint and cucumber into a glass container. Add the gin, cover and let sit for 24 hours.
  • Strain infused gin into a clean glass container with an airtight lid.

Notes

Serve this infused gin over ice with chilled sparkling water, sugar and fresh lime juice. My goal is to add a splash of Grand Marnier one day. Maybe you should try it?
