Gin and Maple Aperol Spritz

Aperol

maple syrup

fresh lemon juice
Prosecco

to top (about 2 ounces per glass)

Instructions
Combine the gin, Aperol, maple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake until the mixture is thoroughly mixed and chilled.
Pour the drink into two separate glasses. Top each drink with 1 1/2 to 2 ounces of prosecco. Serve chilled with a lemon slice.
