Gin and Maple Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Prosecco, to top (about 2 ounces per glass)
  • lemon slices

Instructions

  • Combine the gin, Aperol, maple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake until the mixture is thoroughly mixed and chilled.
  • Pour the drink into two separate glasses. Top each drink with 1 1/2 to 2 ounces of prosecco. Serve chilled with a lemon slice.
