Apple Rosemary Soda

Servings: 1


  • 2 teaspoons rosemary simple syrup, see recipe below, chilled
  • 1/3 cup fresh apple juice, chilled
  • 2/3 cup club soda, chilled

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 sprigs rosemary


  • In a glass add the rosemary syrup and apple juice and top with club soda. Stir and serve with or without ice.

  • In a small sauce pan add the sugar, water and rosemary sprigs. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to help dissolve the sugar.
  • Let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the rosemary sprigs and strain the water through a sieve into a container. Store in the fridge.
