  • 4 to 5 Persian cucumbers, halved and sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced and quartered
  • 1/4 white onion, halved and sliced very thin
  • chopped fresh dill, to taste
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • ground sumac, to taste
  • olive oil, to taste


  • Combine all ingredients into a serving bowl. Stir until combined and place into the fridge to set, about 30 minutes. Serve cold or lightly chilled.
