- 4 to 5 Persian cucumbers, halved and sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced and quartered
- 1/4 white onion, halved and sliced very thin
- chopped fresh dill, to taste
- kosher salt, to taste
- ground sumac, to taste
- olive oil, to taste
- Combine all ingredients into a serving bowl. Stir until combined and place into the fridge to set, about 30 minutes. Serve cold or lightly chilled.
