Cognac Old Fashioned
1/2 teaspoon sugar
6 splashes of Angostora Bitters
2 tablespoons water
1 large ice cube (or 3 to 4 regular sized ice cubes)
2 ounces Cognac
splash of Grand Marnier
- Pour the sugar into a flat bottomed glass. Top with the bitters and water. Stir until most of the sugar has dissolved.
- Place the ice cube into the glass and top with the cognac and Grand Marnier. Stir well. Serve chilled.
