Prosecco and Sorbet
Ingredients
- strawberry or raspberry sorbet
- strawberry slices
- prosecco
- mint leaves
Instructions
- Place one scoop of sorbet into a serving glass. Top with prosecco. Add strawberry slices and mint leaves to the drink. Serve immediately.
Notes
Champagne is another variety of “bubbles” that works well with this recipe.
