Spicy Greek Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour and then serve.
Notes
This sauce is a great companion to roasted vegetables (my favorite, brussels sprouts). It also works great as a sandwich spread or even a dip for raw vegetables (carrots, snap peas, tomatoes, etc).
