Horseradish Cream Cheese Spread
This recipe is easily doubled. I enjoy serving this spread on toasts with roasted veggies, with rice and steak or as a dip with salty chips and crudite.
- 3/4 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- In a medium-sized bowl combine the cream cheese, horseradish, salt, lemon zest and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste. Store in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to serve.
