Vanilla Bean Sugar
Ingredients
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 vanilla beans, halved and beans removed
Instructions
- Combine the sugar, vanilla beans and and vanilla bean skin into a bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Store in an airtight container and let sit for one week. After one week, use the sugar as desired.

Once you make this sugar, you will find it addictive. It has a robust flavor that is the perfect companion to coffee, whipped cream and fruit.
