Horseradish Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup of prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp of cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ cup of sour cream
- ¼ cup of cream cheese, at room temperature
- ¼ tsp of kosher salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir well.
- Serve with smoked salmon puff pastry (see notes for recipe).
