Persimmon Brandy Fizz
Servings: 1 drink
Ingredients
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons persimmon jam, see below for recipe link
- 1 ounce cognac
- 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 3 ounces prosecco, chilled
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- diced persimmon, for accent
Instructions
- Place the ice cubes, jam, cognac, grand marnier and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a glass.
- Add the prosecco and maple syrup to the cocktail. Stir well. Serve chilled with a fresh tarragon sprig.
